Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV)
The Special Resident Retiree's Visa (SRRV) is a special non-immigrant resident visa that
provides its holders with multiple-entry and
indefinite stay status in the Philippines.
Special Investor’s Resident Visa (SIRV)
The Special Investor Resident Visa (SIRV) entitles the holder to reside in the Philippines.
Initially, investors obtain a probationary
residence, which will be converted to a
Philippines permanent residency (indefinite),
permitting multiple entry privileges so long as
the investments remain in the Philippines.
APECO Special Resident Visa (ASRV)
The ASRV is a special permanent residency visa acquired by becoming a member of the Aurora
Special Economic Zone (APECO), a regional
development project established by the
national government and provincial authorities
as per Republic Act No. 9460 and Republic
Act 10083.

Work or Pre-Arranged Employment Visa (9G)
With the 9g visa, the foreigner is entitled to legitimately work and stay in the country for a
duration approved by the Bureau of
Immigration, which should correspond with his employment contract. A requisite to this visa is
the Alien Employment Permit (AEP), issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Quota Visa (13)
Limited to only 50 visas a year, this is granted to foreign nationals who have enough financial capital and have extraordinary skills or qualifications that can benefit the country. Immigrant Visa by Marriage (13A)
The 13(a) Immigrant Visa by Marriage is issued to foreign nationals who have contracted a
valid marriage, recognized by Philippine laws,
with a Filipino citizen. The petitioner of the visa
should be the Filipino spouse.

Student Visa (9F)
The Applicant must be a student 18 years of age at the time of enrollment, has sufficient
means for his education and support, and
seeks to enter the Philippines temporarily
solely for the purpose of taking up a course of
study higher than high school at a university,
academy, college or school in the Philippines.
Diplomatic Visa or Accredited Official of Foreign Government (9E)
Application for Upgrading of Visa to an Accredited Official of a Foreign Government
and Annotation as a Dependent of a Foreign
Government Official.
Tourist Visa Extension (9A)
The 9(a) or Temporary Visitor's Visa is a non-immigrant visa issued to foreign nationals who
come to the Philippines for a short period of
time, whether for tourism, business, or
medical purposes. Restricted foreign nationals
are required to secure an entry visa before
they can enter the Philippines.
