If the applicant will stay beyond 59 days in the Philippines, an 

application for extension of stay must be filed at the Bureau of 

Immigration in Manila, or the Immigration office nearest to the 

place where the applicant is temporarily residing.

     If the applicant will stay beyond 59 days in the Philippines, an application for extension of stay

     place where the applicant is temporarily residing.

     A foreign national whose stay will exceed fifty-nine (59) days should secure extensions of stay with the 

     Bureau of Immigration

1.      Original Passport
2.      Application Form (TVS-CGAF-VE-2016)
3.      Sworn Statement for overstaying/ updating of stay of more than six (6) months.
